The new style of cover and wall design

From the curved and back-lighted counter over extensive wall claddings with milled ornaments up to staged room dividers, Frescata offers the solution for creative surface design. Frescata® works over all materials.
With millimeter precision the desired textures are worked into the selected material using the very latest 3-axle and 5-axle CNC machine tools. And there is a vast number of ways of creating individual effects – for example with thermoforming, combining different materials, milling recesses for inlays or using backlighting to create the desired atmosphere.

Contour Courses
The line characteristic in the plan view defines the first portion of the visual impression and can, for example be designed wave-like, linear or geometrical. Interesting contours result from combinations or repetitions.
Depth profile
The cutting depths significantly contribute to the Fescata structure effect. As a result, a cut at one level not only creates an attractive design, but can also be used for background lighting. Variations in the cutting depth lead to interesting reliefs. The finest cutting differences can transform the shades of grey of an image photo-realistic and provide a depth effect.
Tools
The geometry of the tools definitively design the relief. We can achieve this through four different cuts: Shank, spherical, discs and gray scale cutting. With the most modern tool equipment, Fescata does not set any technical limits.
Materials
Whether Corian, Acryl, wood materials or gypsum fiberboard, - we make the best from any of our premium materials. The different materials can also be combined. This creates innovative, unseen optics.
Refinement
Deformation, painting, material combinations, inlays, background lighting - different refinement options make the Frescata product, finished according to your creative ideas, even more unique.
