things to know about Miraklon

MIRAKLON® is an acryl-bound solid surface material developed by Hasenkopf, which is produced and processed exclusively by ourselves. The material is used for casting preforms for the sanitary market as well as other 3D objects. In addition to a standard collection for the sanitary market, we also realize individual design ideas for our customers and partners. The casting process with Miraclon can already be efficient starting from small series with about 30 pieces.

Ingredients

The main ingredients of MIRAKLON® are natural rock flour and high-quality acrylic resin. Ground rock flour is the massive component of the material. Therefore Miraklon proves to be particularly robust and durable. The liquid acrylic is the connecting component. It provides a pleasant, pore-free and hygienic surface and allows seamless processing.
