Obel & Partner execute commissions for private, commercial and public-sector clients. 55 employees work in the offices in Donauwörth and Regensburg on an international and German-wide level with a focus on Bavaria. In addition to object supervision and project control, the core competences of the team of architects, designers and engineers lie in particular in the conceptual design and overall planning. As it was the case with the Grünbeck Forum, this also includes the interior design, colour and material concept plus furniture design. The team has extensive expertise in the planning and realisation of school buildings, nursery school furnishings and crèche and child day care centres. After two years of planning and construction the Grünbeck Forum has »given the Grünbeck brand a face that assertively projects the values of the company and its self-conception to the outside world«, sums up Richard Kende.
