When two strong brands with a passion for quality, innovation and exclusive design meet, it takes a visionary to join the two together. This is what Paul Flowers stands for. The star designer laid the foundation for the successful cooperation of many years standing between GROHE and Hasenkopf Industrie Manufaktur way back in 2007. With the award-winning Ondus® digital collection, he created an unrivalled overall bathroom furniture concept that initiated a new era insofar as ease of use is concerned. Digital fittings and displays at the washstand, at the tub and in the shower introduce the utmost in convenience to the bathroom. While looking for a suitable material to implement the pieces of furniture, Paul Flowers became aware of the material Corian® by DuPont and the processing company Hasenkopf, whose »dedication to a qualitative and innovative approach to the material« he appreciates.

Partner for trade fair design

Over the years, further brilliant designs were developed for some of the most prestigious design fairs of the world, including the >Salone Del Mobile< (Milan), the >100 % Design< (London) and the >Internationale Möbelmesse / International furniture fair< (IMM, Cologne). During 2015, the latest joint project, the development of the horizontal shower >Aqua Cloud< was already exhibited at the >World Architecture Festival< (WAF, Singapore) and at the world's leading fair for the exciting world of bathrooms (ISH, Frankfurt).

Spa experience involving light, sound and water

The slogan >Pure pleasure in water< is consonant with light and sound. A shade made of Corian, designed along the lines of a contemporary lamp shade, neatly encompasses the modules of the GROHE F-Digital Deluxe collection. Eight modules, respectively two of which are required for light and sound effects plus a total of four shower heads are encased by 12 mm thick, 3D-shaped solid surface material. With a wireless controller installed in the lounger, temperature, pressure, colour and sound of the water emitted by the shade can be easily and effortlessly adjusted. RGB-light, music and water allow you to experience your own personal spa in the comfort of your bathroom. The simple geometrical shape of the Corian reclining area is designed along the lines of a massage table with a circular cut-out that permits the head to take up a steady and recreative position. To provide the whole set-up with a free-floating appearance, like on a cloud, the solid surface lounger is fastened by means of a specifically developed clamping system on a solid, transparent base consisting of 60 mm thick acryl glass.
